Fins is a multiple chef hat restaurant run by the great chef “snowy”. We sourced plantation style shutters and dutch colonial lighting from bali. Collaborating with Nyree Mckenzie who sourced and styled these pieces.

Integrated with an extensive roof paneling system which let light through and covered over the plastic 1980 sun awnings to compliment the extensive plants and create privacy from the other restaurants on the strip.
